In February 2018, I also started as a visiting lecturer in Mathematics at PCW Jhelum, teaching BS IT and MSc Mathematics courses.

MPhil/MS in Mathematics

University of Gujrat, Gujrat Pakistan

After my tenure at GPC Jhelum, I enrolled in an MPhil in Mathematics at UOG and completed it in Computational Mathematics. My research used neural computing techniques for solving differential equations without analytical solutions, designing unsupervised neural networks and applying global/local optimization methods such as genetic algorithms.

Research Assistant

NRPU by HEC at UOG, Gujrat Pakistan

During my MPhil, I was selected as a Research Assistant under the Mathematics/Statistics department. I worked on mathematical and physical problems such as the advection-diffusion equation using artificial neural networks to estimate contamination levels in river water. During the COVID-19 pandemic, I also contributed to research on predicting COVID-19 cases across Pakistan, which led to a successful publication in a Cambridge University London journal.

After completing my MPhil at UOG, I joined RenesisTech Pvt. Ltd as a Data Scientist. I worked on advanced analytics platforms that ingest data from multiple sources, merge it, and deliver forecasting and insights. I also built custom statistical algorithms where off-the-shelf ML models were not suitable, while maintaining comparable accuracy. Alongside predictive analytics, I contributed to projects in computer vision and NLP.

2021-2022

Machine Learning Engineer

RevolveAI, Islamabad

In July 2021, I joined RevolveAI as a Machine Learning Engineer, focusing on computer vision, 3D imaging, and data engineering, while also supporting predictive analytics projects. I worked on an NLP project that deepened my expertise in language systems. My work included R&D across multiple initiatives, solving complex mathematical problems, and building real-time ETL pipelines to move large-scale data using open-source platforms like WSO2. I also led open-source projects end-to-end with standard development practices.

2022-2024

Sr. Machine Learning Engineer

PackageX Inc.

In 2022, I joined PackageX Inc. as a Senior ML Engineer. My responsibilities included improving AI infrastructure and model accuracy for multi-model systems combined with OCR technology. I also led the development of new AI products from scratch by fine-tuning models on proprietary data and generating synthetic data for use cases such as receipt scanning, bill of lading extraction, barcode scanning, damage detection, and broader computer vision and NLP applications.

Co-Founder and Chief AI Officer

Rev9 Solutions Pvt. Ltd.

At the start of 2024, I joined Rev9 Solutions as Director, Co-founder, and CAIO, and also lead business development. I built the AI department, grew AI product services, and brought in clients by helping them build AI startups and end-to-end products. We delivered multiple AI products from scratch that later secured significant funding and strong customer adoption. I also established the AI research lab for state-of-the-art research and open-source contributions, introduced the IoT/Robotics department to shape the company’s future, and contributed to marketing while leading ongoing business development.
